Pratt's Athlete Development

We help teens in North Bay become strong, fast, and confident to build a bigger, better future.

Our high school strength and conditioning group is open teens aged 12-17.

Here’s what parents can expect to happen to their teens:

          They will become more confident.

          They will become faster and jump higher.

          They will become more coordinated and improve agility.

          They will become stronger and lower their risk of injury.

          They will believe in themselves.

Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm

Coach: Battalion assistant strength and conditioning coach Ethan Proctor

Monthly Investment

          2x/week: $130

          1x/week: $70
