I've been training with Jon for 4 weeks through the TrainHeroic app. The laid out exercises are creative and have movements relevant to my goals. The program has improved my knee to the point where I'm able to ride like I was before my accident. Jon is a well educated trainer who has a passion for fitness. He will find creative exercises to challenge you and help you meet your goals. I have no regrets, and have only been more inspired by my workouts.

I started at Pratt's Pro Fitness because low back pain made me uncomfortable. I wanted to get stronger to decrease injury, increase lean muscle and increase speed/power. Since joining PPF I'm much more balanced from one side to the other, less injured, and have increased technical knowledge on lifting and programming as well as increased strength!
What I like most about PPF is Jonathan's knowledge. It's great to have an experienced trainer give me feedback and help me with my program and give me new ideas.
Joining PPF will definitely increase your quality of life (become pain free and reduce risk of injury). The programs are effective and safe for increasing strength. I would recommend Jonathan's programs especially to those who are injury prone.

I decided I wanted to start at Pratt's Pro Fitness because I am heading into retirement and I want to stay active and healthy. Also, I love gardening and over the years it has become a physical challenge. This program is helping me to continue my gardening.

Since joining PPF my stamina has definitely increased. I feel healthier and happier! It pays to be proactive.

My daughter is a competitive swimmer. My husband thought she would benefit from the assistance of a professional trainer to target specific areas of muscle development and build on her core strength. I have a physically demanding job which has resulted in chronic back discomfort. Although my daughter and I attend our sessions together, Jon has developed a program specifically designed for each of our unique target areas. We've been going regularly to Jon's for a few months and aside from the special "mother-daughter time" we now have, both of us have noticed a huge difference. My daughter's swim times consistently improve and her muscles look very well-defined. I was sold after about a month with Jon when I realized my back wasn't bothering me anymore! My posture has improved and I look more fit and feel stronger. Plus we both feel more motivated to make healthier active choices. I was lucky enough to have Jon as a coach during my four high school years, for long distance running. I always found him to be deadicated to helping us become the very best athlete that we could be, and was always professional. He would even coach my friend and I early in the morning with weight training that would improve our running performance. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable in the field of fitness. I have been privileged to know Jon for a number of years and so I have come to know him fairly well. He has always been a great supporter to the development of great track and cross country runners, taking time out of his day to help volunteer his time to attend practices and races. For a long time I've had pain in my left hip that often made it uncomfortable to sleep or sit for long periods of time. We were going to take a 2 week driving trip into the states and I seriously wondered if I was going to be able to do it. Jon told me that if I trained with him he could give me exercises to help this. I'm not very good at following through with things but having Jon as a personal trainer helped to keep me motivated. A few weeks after I started working out with him I took a 2 hour trip to visit a friend. I had no pain! It was awesome. Months later when we took our trip I was actually able to sit in the car for a 9 hour trip and STILL be pain free. Thanks, Jon! Jon has been my coach for the past five years, and has recently become my great friend. He has coached me to great success in running and weightlifting. The first year i started training with him, i realized that my favourite event was the 800m dash and i ran 2:23 in it and placed closer to last at my regional championships. By the end of my high school career (three years later) I ran 2:07 and placed fourth at regionals, and now i am down to 2:00 flat which is 23 seconds faster than what i started out at. Jon is such a great guy, even with coaching set aside, that I remember this one time in high school he stayed up until 4am with me to proofread my physics essay that i was stressing out about. I am more than happy to have Jon as a coach and a friend.
