I decided I wanted to start at Pratt's Pro Fitness because I am heading into retirement and I want to stay active and healthy. Also, I love gardening and over the years it has become a physical challenge. This program is helping me to continue my gardening.

Since joining PPF my stamina has definitely increased. I feel healthier and happier! It pays to be proactive.

What I like most about this program is that it is developed for me! Jonathan has done an excellent job selecting the stretches and exercises to support my goals!​

For a long time I've had pain in my left hip that often made it uncomfortable to sleep or sit for long periods of time. We were going to take a 2 week driving trip into the states and I seriously wondered if I was going to be able to do it. Jon told me that if I trained with him he could give me exercises to help this. I'm not very good at following through with things but having Jon as a personal trainer helped to keep me motivated. A few weeks after I started working out with him I took a 2 hour trip to visit a friend. I had no pain! It was awesome. Months later when we took our trip I was actually able to sit in the car for a 9 hour trip and STILL be pain free. Thanks, Jon! Couldn't have done it without you.

After years of various health care methods of treating the symptoms of back and neck pain Jonathan pointed out to me the source of my pain was poor posture. Now I can, with his help, work on this problem and remedy the situation. I appreciate the years he has dedicated to acquiring the knowledge of the human body and how it functions. My daughter is a competitive swimmer. My husband thought she would benefit from the assistance of a professional trainer to target specific areas of muscle development and build on her core strength. I have a physically demanding job which has resulted in chronic back discomfort. Although my daughter and I attend our sessions together, Jon has developed a program specifically designed for each of our unique target areas. We've been going regularly to Jon's for a few months and aside from the special "mother-daughter time" we now have, both of us have noticed a huge difference. My daughter's swim times consistently improve and her muscles look very well-defined. I was sold after about a month with Jon when I realized my back wasn't bothering me anymore! My posture has improved and I look more fit and feel stronger. Plus we both feel more motivated to make healthier active choices. Most impressive was how accommodating Jon has been to fit us in around our very busy schedules! Thanks Jon!

I love the distraction of others doing their own thing while I’m working out. People to encourage or to complain with. I also love the flexibility of going a little earlier or a different day if we can work it out. I know myself that having other people expecting me to show up always gives me a push to get my butt out of bed in the morning. Thanks for keeping me fit for the last 3 years.
